If you’re looking for a creative experience in a relaxed environment our Creative Drop-In Stations are the perfect fit. Unlike a structured team building activity, these stations allow people to drop in, get creative, make something personal, and then rejoin the main event whenever they are ready.
Perfect as an add-on to conferences, away days, networking events, and wellbeing days, each station brings a relaxed, interactive element to the room. Guests can create a take-home keepsake, enjoy a mindful break, or simply spend a few minutes doing something fun and different.
Drop In Stations
Plant Bar / Potting Bar – A calming, hands-on station where guests create their own living keepsake. Participants choose from a variety of plants, decorative items, and mini figurines before potting and styling their creation to take home. It is a great way to bring more greenery into the office or offer guests a thoughtful event memento.
Arts & Crafts Station – A relaxed creative space where guests can explore fun craft projects at their own pace. Clients can choose from a range of activities before the event, including ceramic or glass painting, jewellery making, origami and paper crafts, pressed flower bookmarks or cards, coaster painting, fabric painting, and candle painting.
Lei Making Station – Perfect for summer parties, tropical themes, and celebration events, this colourful station invites guests to make their own leis using fresh or dried flowers. It is simple, creative, and adds a bright, feel-good activity to the day.
Scent Station – An immersive sensory experience where guests explore different fragrance notes and blend their own signature scent. Their custom fragrance can then be added to a chosen keepsake, with options including aromatherapy roller balls, perfume, room sprays, or reed diffusers.
Apparel & Accessory Customisation Station – A fun and personal station where guests can customise selected apparel or accessories using HTV vinyl, patches, beads, gems, and other craft materials. Each person can create a one-of-a-kind item to wear during the event or take home afterwards.
Bloom Bar – A beautiful pop-up flower station where guests handpick fresh blooms and create their own mini bouquet. Perfect for corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions, the Bloom Bar adds colour, creativity, and a memorable floral moment to any event.
