Description
Led by a Michelin Star trained chocolatier, participants will watch expert demonstrations covering ganache making, flavouring, piping, chocolate tempering, dipping, and decorating techniques using high-quality fair trade chocolate. Guests then get stuck in themselves, shaping, dipping, decorating, and finishing their own chocolates while picking up plenty of tips and tricks along the way. It is a brilliant way to encourage conversation, creativity, and interaction in an informal and enjoyable setting.
At the end of the workshop, each guest will elegantly gift wrap their handmade chocolates to take home as a memorable treat from the day. With expert hosts, professional equipment, and everything provided, this is a polished but fun experience that works beautifully for team building, client entertainment, away days, and corporate celebrations.
