You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information that we hold about you (under the DPA). We charge a small fee towards the cost of administering any request you make. The current fee is £10.00.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.

We will keep the information you provide with other information we have from your dealings with us secure (whether the information is paper based or held in our computerised databases) and will use it to:
i. administer any services and/or products we provide you with;
ii. understand your preferences and profile so that we can improve the services we offer; and
