Working with Team Building Experiences has never been easier. Let us explain how we work in just a few simple steps, that way you can be confident that we’re taking care of your customers.

1) Once we receive an enquiry from a client, we’ll call them straight away to confirm their details and talk about their event requirements.

2) If we agree that their chosen activity is suitable, we’ll contact you, as the Event Provider, immediately to check availability and to obtain a quote (if necessary).

3) If the event requirements can be met, the customer will then be provided with a quote from TBE via email.

4) We’ll follow up with the client several times after receiving the quote to keep both ourselves and you up-to-date with their plans.

5) If and when the client decides to book, we’ll send them an invoice for either a 25% deposit (if booking 35 days or more before their event) or the full balance.

6) Once payment is taken, we will send over the confirmed booking to yourselves via email. We will require a response to this within 24 hours so that we can finalise with the client.

7) Event providers must send all event information to ourselves in good time so that all parties are satisfied with the standard and exceptations of the experience/activity. This includes Zoom links, address sheets and itineraries.

8) Approximately 2 weeks ahead of the event, we will email the client with an ‘Event Pack’ which will summarise their booked experience, important and relevant information and contact details for both yourselves, as the Event Provider, and us, as the Event Booker.

9) Around this same time, we will action your invoice so that payment is with you prior to the event happening.

10) Event Providers will then deliver the chosen experience on the booked date at the clients venue/zoom.

11) Once the event has been completed, we’ll contact the client for feedback and share this with you. If any images, prizes or similar things need to be given to the client post-event, event providers can share this with us and we will pass on accordingly.
