We’ve re-skinned our Four Quarters Team Challenge to fit the festive theme for a Christmas team challenge.

Our Festive Four Quarters has something that targets all skill types, meaning it’s incredibly inclusive for everyone. Not only is it a chance to have some fun, but it will also help strengthen bonds and communication.

Get your Christmas jumpers on, and spend up to 30 minutes at each quarter, as each team contributes to an overall goal at each. Communication is essential as teams must collaborate and strategize to create an end product at each station.

This experience aims for participants to enjoy working with other people in a non-competitive environment.

Christmas Challenge 1 – Let’s Present Your Art

Each team is presented with a giant canvas and acrylic paints. The team must then work together to create a section of the overall design. You will be given a festive image to recreate.

Christmas Challenge 2 – Don’t Sleigh the Egg!

Using our materials, can you protect your team’s uncooked egg to create your own sleigh, which will protect the egg from breaking when we drop it? Whichever team protects their eggs, the best will win. You have one chance only. Will it fly with Rudolph leading the way?

Christmas Challenge 3 – Christmas Chorus

Each team films a section of a Christmassy music video using the tablets we provided. Fancy dress and props are provided so it’s a chance for you to really bring out the performer in you! You will be recreating ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day’ by Wizzard.

Christmas Challenge 4 – Santa’s Workshop

We give you thousands of LEGO bricks and free reign to build whatever you like – the twist is, it must be Christmassy! Some teams create their company logo topped with Lego Santa hats; others create their own Christmas trees with presents flooding below. It really is your choice!

For the finale, the teams come together for a grand unveiling. They will see their completed Da Vinci Masterpieces, watch as their eggs drop from sleighs, laugh at the brilliance of their festive music video, and enjoy their completed LEGO Sculptures.
