The ultimate team-building activity, a scavenger hunt with Team Building Experiences, gives your staff a challenge they’ll never forget.

A team-building scavenger hunt is an immersive and exciting exercise that boosts morale, cooperation and communication.

It’s an excellent opportunity to mix up your workforce into small groups. These groups work together to make new bonds and connections and create shared memories that translate into tangible results back in the workplace. Work friendships formed through team building and socialising are crucial for well-being at work.

Our fun and adrenaline-fuelled scavenger hunts test initiative, strategic thinking, leadership skills and logic. Race against the clock and your colleagues as you compete in small teams to complete 30 fun and fascinating challenges!

Scavenger Hunt Challenge Brief

Dexter, the dog, has been captured. He needs your teams to help rescue him from imprisonment. Only the correct lock combination can free him and save the day.

Each location on the map provides you with a word clue. The word clue helps you find the code that unlocks poor Dexter’s cage.

Your Scavenger Hunt Mission

Teams of up to eight people are briefed on the mission. Each team has a map, tablet and a backpack full of essential tools to solve the clues.

You will find clues along a pre-determined route plotted by the Team Building Experiences event coordinators. Red flags on the map indicate the clue locations.

Each clue location sets puzzles, riddles and challenges to solve. Teams are encouraged to take fun and creative photos of their solutions at each location. We show the images at the end of the scavenger hunt challenge event (Indoor space and TV or projector required) for lots of laughs!

After the time limit for hunting the scavenger clues runs out, we give out the final clue. Teams then race to solve the last piece of the puzzle… and rescue Dexter!
