Welcome to 2021’s favourite Festive Virtual Escape Room!

This year, Santa is NOT coming to town. He has been kidnapped by the evil Sam_X and nobody knows where he is being held! Well, nobody… except YOU!

With Christmas morning only an hour away, your team has just one mission: Save Our Santa!

Playing in teams of 4-8, you will have 60 minutes to infiltrate Sam_X’s high security lair and free Santa. But Sam_X won’t make your job easy; his lair is riddled with fiendishly festive puzzles that stand in your way!

This December, we invite you to a virtual escape room like no other. Expect Christmas clues, terrible puns and a whole load of laughter in this festive challenge So roll up your stockings and get ready for a very merry adventure!

Your team will solve puzzles and get codes in order to get to Santa, however if you do not save Santa, Christmas will be cancelled!

You will get a high-energy, laughter-filled, festive extravaganza. This event is hosted on Zoom or Ring Central – (via client account only). Microsoft Teams is available on request but only as last resort and this will be subject to group size.

Space / Venue Requirements

To make the most out of your remote experience, make sure you have access to the following:

  • A good internet connection
  • A laptop or device with sound and a camera in order to join a video conference.

Our platform of choice is Zoom* which we set up for you using our account details.

Included in the Experience

  • Fully facilitated by your live GamesMaster host
  • 4-300 people per event (larger groups will be available on request)
  • Playing in teams of 4-8 using breakout rooms
  • 60 minutes against the clock

Important Information

  • The experience is hosted via Zoom which can be accessed via the browser using the web link provided.
  • The event will last approximately 75 minutes to allow time for everyone to join the call, briefing and results at the end.
  • Groups with less than 12 participants can still play, however a minimum fee equal to 12 people must be paid.
  • Everyone will need a good internet connection for this virtual experience. We regret that we cannot offer refunds if a guest’s internet connection fails.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Full payment is required upon booking. If you then choose to cancel your event, your entitlement to a refund depends on the amount of notice you give us.

FAQs

How does it work?

Once you have entered the Zoom room, your host will talk you through how the game will work. You will be given a link which you can open to see everything. You will then be split off into teams in breakout rooms to try to stop Sam_X (Xmas backwards!) and save Santa! The fastest team wins!

What platform is the event run on?

Our preference is Zoom. Do enquire if you would prefer to use a different platform and we can see if the host is happy to do so!

When will i receive the Zoom link?

You will receive the link in your event confirmation email. Be sure to arrive on time!

What will i need to bring?

Yourself! A pen and paper may also be helpful if you find it easier to write notes as you go too!

Can we choose our own teams?

Absolutely! If you choose to do this, please provide us with a list of these teams no later than 48 hours prior to your event.If not, we will randomise the teams on the day of the event. If you’re looking to mix up different departments; choosing your own teams could be the best option for you!
