Description
Working in teams, participants will collaborate, problem-solve, and get creative as they construct bird houses which are later donated to charities and community organisations focused on protecting the natural world.
This purposeful experience combines teamwork with a lasting environmental impact. With guidance from a woodwork expert, participants will learn basic techniques, take on different roles within their team, and work together to create something practical, lasting, and valuable. It is a great way to support CSR and ESG goals while giving employees a shared sense of achievement, knowing their efforts will contribute to wildlife habitats and conservation projects beyond the event itself.
