Description
This fun, active and wacky event allows your team to experience what it’s really like to be an Olympian. Well, sort of.
You’ll take part in a series of races and team sports inspired by everyone’s favourite Olympic events, including the likes of Football, Volleyball, Hurdles, Hockey, Javelin and even our own unique take on the sport of horse racing!
This fully mobile event can be brought to a green space near you this summer! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have access to a real-life stadium, our events team promise to bring your venue alive with colour, energy and laughter!
How Outdoor Office Olympics Works
At the start of your event, your group will be divided into either 4, 8, 12 or 16 teams, with each team given a country to represent. Equipped with colourful bibs and their country flag, teams will take part in the Opening Ceremony (a fun warm-up) before heading over to our athletics arena. Teams will then compete in up to 10 head-to-head races, all inspired by Olympic events, including:
Team relay
Hurdles
Javelin
Skipping
Inflatable Sausage Horse Racing
Hockey
Tennis
Once the action at the athletics arena concludes, each country will then be thrown into our Team Sport Tournaments. Playing in a series of 5 minute Football and Volleyball matches, teams will need to focus on strategy, communication and coordination to ensure they beat the opposing countries.
To finish the event off in true Olympic style, country representatives will take part in a parade of flags before the Olympic flame is extinguished. We’ll then announce the results of the competition and award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place countries with their respective medals. All medallists will then be invited up to the podium for some awesome photo opportunities!

Space / Venue Requirements
Large, outdoor space with access to power. If your venue does not have power, we
can provide a generator for an additional charge.
We require approx. half a football pitch of at, outdoor space. The surface must be
suitable for a sporting activity with no obstacles or uneven ground that could cause
injury.
If you provide your own venue and we are unable to run your activity due to health
and safety (above requirements not met) there will be no refund.
Due to Health and Safety reasons, all inflatables can only be erected on grass as it
needs to be sufficiently staked down. We regret that any bookings on Astroturf,
tarmac, etc will not be able to use our inflatable equipment.
Parking provided either on site or within a 10 minute walk.
Access to loading bay before and after the event.

The Outdoor Oce Olympics activity is available UK-wide.
Outdoor-only team building activity.
Participants will need to be split across either 4, 8, 12 or 16 teams. Teams should be
made up of 5-10 participants.
Time may vary depending on group size, but the event will last approximately 2
hours.

Booking and Cancellation Terms
Full payment is required upon booking. If you then choose to cancel your event, your entitlement to a refund depends on the amount of notice you give us.

Can pregnant people take part in this?
We would advise that pregnant people do not take part in this activity unfortunately. To keep them safe, we would suggest that they come and watch as it is a fantastic spectator sport too!
Can this event be held in a park?
This event can be held in a park, however, we would advise against this as it can be incredibly hard to gain the correct permissions. You will need:
A private area in the park
Permission from the council that own the park, to run the event
Access to outdoor power
Permission to use inflatables, and also a PA System
