The Team Building Experience Crystal Challenge is packed with fun, excitement, and hilarity as teams compete against each other to see who will come out victorious.

Our games will test your team’s mental agility and physical skills; your candidates must work together to beat the opposition before the time runs out.

The Crystal Challenge Brief

Working through our Crystal Challenge task zones, your teams will compete in challenges against the clock aiming to win all-important crystals. For each challenge you have the chance to win up to three crystals, the amount you win will depend on how well you work together as a team. Be aware though, if we catch you cheating, you could end up with none!

Each activity is hosted by one of our event staff, who will ensure everyone understands the rules. They will also be looking out for signs of teamwork and communication which can earn you bonus crystals…

The Crystal Challenge Mission

When all activities are complete, it’s time to count up the crystals collected by each group. The top three teams with the most crystals will get to take on our Crystal Challenge Dome.

For the grand finale, teams will enter the Crystal Challenge Dome, where each team must grab as many gold tickets as possible within the time limit. However, there are also silver tickets floating around. Avoid the silver tickets, as these deduct points and could jeopardise the chance to win.

After all top teams have completed their time in the dome, the tickets are counted to determine first, second and third place. Bronze and silver medals are awarded to teams in third and second place until it’s time for the winning team to proudly receive their shining gold medals.

The Crystal Challenge is excellent as an outdoor event, but with enough space, it can be played indoors, too!

Space / Venue Requirements

• An ample space, outdoor or indoor. with access to power.
• 90-120 minutes before and after the event to set-up / pack down
• A 10m x 10m space for our outdoor inflatable dome with no over hanging wire or trees
• An adapter for a single phase 32amp blue plug (please ask for further information if you’re unsure)
• Access to a loading bay at the venue to unload the equipment.
• Secured parking at the venue or within a 10-minute walk.
• Due to Health and Safety reasons, our inflatable dome can only be erected on grass as it needs to be sufficiently staked down. We regret that any bookings on astroturf, tarmac, etc will not be able to use our dome

Important Information

• Outdoor or indoor activity.
• Time varies, depending on group size, but is roughly 1.5 – 2.5 hours
• Price is dependent on the group size. Enquire for more details.
• For indoor events we would recommend a maximum of 12 teams (approx. 80 people)
• Parking must be provided for us and paid for by you – this is a requirement.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Full payment is required upon booking. If you then choose to cancel the event, your entitlement to a refund depends on the amount of notice you give us.

• From zero business days up to and including 42 business days, 0% (no refund of charges)
