In this thrilling, immersive experience, you’ll start with the Guardians of the Light but not everyone will remain loyal. As the event unfolds, you’ll face a series of trials designed to test your wits, teamwork, and ability to deceive. From quick-fire mini-games to staged tasks, every challenge gives you the chance to earn tokens and shift the balance of power.

Throughout the event, secret votes will determine who can be trusted and who walks in the shadows. The event culminates in a final vote to decide the fate of the Sacred Goblet of Unlimited Refills.

The Crystal Challenge

The Team Building Experience Crystal Challenge is packed with fun, excitement, and hilarity as teams compete against each other to see who will come out victorious.

Our games will test your team’s mental agility and physical skills; your candidates must work together to beat the opposition before the time runs out.

The Crystal Challenge Brief

Working through our Crystal Challenge task zones, your teams will compete in challenges against the clock aiming to win all-important crystals. For each challenge you have the chance to win up to three crystals, the amount you win will depend on how well you work together as a team. Be aware though, if we catch you cheating, you could end up with none!

Each activity is hosted by one of our event staff, who will ensure everyone understands the rules. They will also be looking out for signs of teamwork and communication which can earn you bonus crystals…

The Crystal Challenge Mission

When all activities are complete, it’s time to count up the crystals collected by each group. The top three teams with the most crystals will get to take on our Crystal Challenge Dome.

For the grand finale, teams will enter the Crystal Challenge Dome, where each team must grab as many gold tickets as possible within the time limit. However, there are also silver tickets floating around. Avoid the silver tickets, as these deduct points and could jeopardise the chance to win.

After all top teams have completed their time in the dome, the tickets are counted to determine first, second and third place. Bronze and silver medals are awarded to teams in third and second place until it’s time for the winning team to proudly receive their shining gold medals.

The Crystal Challenge is excellent as an outdoor event, but with enough space, it can be played indoors, too!

Beat The Box

Will you beat Beat The Box? Groups will take on challenges both individually (cheered on by your peers) and team challenges that tests everyone’s ability. Practice time will be given for the head-to-head challenges before taking on the main tasks. Each team get several lives, so just be careful not to lose them all at once.

Teams will take part in a variety of challenges to start with to earn points.  Once the team challenges are over, it’s time to move onto the individual games. Teams will get practice time to enable them to choose their best player(s) to compete in that round. Challenges will be completed under pressure and against the clock.

Teams will get 3 chances: if they complete the challenge on their first attempt, they win 200 points for their team. On their second attempt, they win 100 points and on the third, 50 points. If they don’t complete the challenge in 3 attempts, they give all other teams 100 points.

Outdoor Office Olympics

This fun, active and wacky event allows your team to experience what it’s really like to be an Olympian. Well, sort of.

You’ll take part in a series of races and team sports inspired by everyone’s favourite Olympic events, including the likes of Football, Volleyball, Hurdles, Hockey, Javelin and even our own unique take on the sport of horse racing!

This fully mobile event can be brought to a green space near you this summer! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have access to a real-life stadium, our events team promise to bring your venue alive with colour, energy and laughter!

How Outdoor Office Olympics Works

At the start of your event, your group will be divided into either 4, 8, 12 or 16 teams, with each team given a country to represent. Equipped with colourful bibs and their country flag, teams will take part in the Opening Ceremony (a fun warm-up) before heading over to our athletics arena. Teams will then compete in up to 10 head-to-head races, all inspired by Olympic events, including:

  • Team relay
  • Hurdles
  • Javelin
  • Skipping
  • Inflatable Sausage Horse Racing
  • Hockey
  • Tennis

Once the action at the athletics arena concludes, each country will then be thrown into our Team Sport Tournaments. Playing in a series of 5 minute Football and Volleyball matches, teams will need to focus on strategy, communication and coordination to ensure they beat the opposing countries.

To finish the event off in true Olympic style, country representatives will take part in a parade of flags before the Olympic flame is extinguished. We’ll then announce the results of the competition and award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place countries with their respective medals. All medallists will then be invited up to the podium for some awesome photo opportunities!

The BIG Quiz is a fantastic in-person team activity that is much more than a quiz. A remake of our top-selling virtual event, we have made The BIG Quiz even more interactive with live team scoring to keep all participants fully engaged.

Each quiz will feature five interactive rounds designed to get your team talking and test their teamwork skills. Rounds will include:

  • Pot luck (general knowledge) – Interactive question round testing your knowledge over ten questions.
  • TV and film – We will test your observation skills using clips from well-known TV shows and movies.
  • Sport – Interactive sports question round with a ‘What happens next’ finale.
  • Picture round – Up to eight cryptic puzzles that you will need to answer the questions about the pictures transmitted to your device. This is very entertaining and full of laughs!
  • Music – Quick fire video music round, can you name the artist, song and the year it charted?

On the day, participants will be greeted by our event host at the venue before being briefed on the structure of the activity. Participants will be split into teams and given a tablet to play together on. Team scores can be seen on screen throughout the quiz on the live scoreboard, increasing the suspense and excitement of becoming quiz champions.

The Four Quarters Team Challenge

In our Four Quarters Team Challenge, creativity and collaboration come together to create a fun, less competitive team building event.

Your teams rotate around the four-team challenge zones, spending up to thirty mins at each zone. The aim is to work collaboratively to create a final product at the end of each challenge zone.

Team Challenge 1 – Canvas Art

Each team is presented with a giant canvas and acrylic paints. The team must then work together to create a section of the overall design.

Team Challenge 2 – The Egg Basket

Teams will all be given a budget and must purchase materials at our materials shop. Once you have selected your materials, teams must create an egg basket which can protect an uncooked egg from breaking when we drop it from height! You can even decorate your egg, too, if you choose!

At the end of the event, all egg baskets will be dropped. Whichever team protects their eggs the best will win. You have one chance only…..

Team Challenge 3 – Music Mania

Each team films a version of a music video using the tablets we provided. Fancy dress and props are provided so you can either make something spectacular or hilarious! You will have the choice to choose your song:

After the event, you will receive a full edited video of your teams efforts (this will be sent in the days after the event as soon as we can).

We give you thousands of LEGO bricks and free reign to build whatever you like. Some teams choose their company logo; others prefer something more abstract. The result is LEGO on a massive scale.

Beatz N’ Bingo

With our Virtual Beatz N Bingo being a huge hit for international teams, we decided to bring it to the in-person world! The bingo we all know and love works with numbers – but not this one. If you’re a group looking for a musical add-on to your work drinks and meal, along with an activity, this is the perfect mix!

Best get your grooves on, as our team will be ready to bring the fun.  All participants will be given their own unique bingo card, along with a pen.

All participants will need to do, is listen to each song being played, and tick it off if they are lucky enough to have it on their bingo card. The first round will be one line, second round is for two lines, and the final round is for a full house! If it’s not on your card, don’t worry. Just dance along until you see a song that is!

We also have prizes to give away to the fastest bingo calls, so it really is all to play for in this special rendition of Boogie Bingo. And if you aren’t looking to give out some funny, novelty prizes, we can upgrade to include some pretty awesome prizes, including Amazon Alexa’s, TV’s, and some luxury champagne!

Master of the Tasks

The games in Master of the Tasks come in all shapes and sizes and are only revealed when teams open the famous wax sealed envelope. There’s absolutely something for everyone, with the name of the game being good old-fashioned fun.

The event is hosted by a professional comedic compare, who alone will bring the room to life. He also plays the role of the main host, who will judge each round and allocate points. There are different types of tasks to suit everyone. Some team based, some individual, some where players from other teams are nominated, creative tasks, skill tasks and some random curve ballers.

What happens on Master of the Tasks?

The event starts by teams opening their challenge envelope. The task can either be a live challenge or a practice challenge. Live challenges take place straight away meaning the team must think quickly on their feet. Practice challenges give the group 10 minutes to plan their strategy. The games are so varied you will literally not know what’s coming next.

Some of our favourites include:

  • Smartie Pants: Separate different coloured smarties wearing boxing gloves
  • Spud Sticks: How many potatoes can you move using giant chop sticks
  • Easy Peezy: How much lemon juice can your team member squeeze whilst you’re standing in a bucket of iced water

These are just 3 of over 25 amazing games to choose from. If you want an event that will have people bending over with laughter then this is it! Teams are scored per round with a running leader-board. At the end of the event there’s a final bonus round giving teams the chance to steal the win. Your experience culminates with the final winners announced in a tense results ceremony and of course plenty of applause and celebration.

Soap Box Derby

Ah, the Soap Box Derby! If you’ve seen the hilarious race hosted by Redbull on the TV, you’ll know how much fun it is watching daredevil racers weave their crazy contraptions around winding courses of obstacles in the quickest possible time. This is our very own, slightly tamed down version, seeing teams plan, design and build the ultimate wacky racer.

Teams arrive and are allocated their very own pit stop garage. Here they are equipped with a basic pedal powered kart, a tool kit, and limited design materials. Their first challenge is to pitch for sponsorship, all the big names are out there looking to stamp their brand on the top racer, so be creative and catch their eyes. Next, it’s over to the drawing board to sketch up your designs and plans for your 4 wheeled winners.

Cash in hand teams can now visit the parts and design workshops where all kinds of items are up for grabs. Everything has a price and funds are limited so be wise with what you buy. It’s not all about speed (but it helps). There are several heats all based around team’s creativity and innovation. Design will earn you as many points as taking the chequered flag! After qualifiers, teams hit the design workshops where they can buy all manner of parts and materials to build and dress their racers. Everyone must compete in heats, and even pass an MOT before they take part in the final race.

The rounds typically used to test your mini racer is as follows:

  • SPEED SLALOM
  • TRAFFIC LIGHT BURN-OFF
  • HILL CLIMB
  • GRAND PRIX FINALE

With the winners announced, teams step up onto the podium to receive their medals and bubbly. Be warned though, this is normally sprayed over the crowd in true F1 winning style. Soap Box Derby offers teams a unique themed experience where everyone can get stuck in and involved. The designs and costumes are always hilarious, as are the actual karts. It’s an ideal experience for teams to relax and naturally engage with each other, as well as promoting all the core ingredients of positive FUN teamwork.

Daytime Murder Mystery

You can bring our unique team building activity, based around a murder mystery challenge. Our experienced team of actors play a group of wily suspects and it’s up to your teams to interrogate them, visit the crime scene and work together to solve the mystery!

Your guests will be introduced to our professional actors in character who set the scene and introduce the ‘crime’. You’ll spend the day discovering clues, interrogating the suspects and getting to the bottom of their motives. Once you’ve gathered all the information you need you’ll come up with your own solutions to the murder. Without giving too much away, the evening is guaranteed to end with a bang..!

Our facilitator will guide the teams through the daytime murder mystery experience which will end in a dramatic denouement…

Charity Bike Build

Looking to make a difference to the world but not sure how? Our Charity Bike Build is the experience for you!

Remember back when you were younger, playing outside was the best thing ever? Unfortunately, not everyone has access to toys to play with at home, which is why we have created an Charity Team Building event where you can build bikes for young children, who don’t have the luxury to afford their own. The charity all bikes will go to, will range from Children’s homes, Charity shops, all the way to donations to less-privileged families. You’ll be making a real difference to families from all over.

You’ll begin the event by splitting into teams of up to ten people (we recommend 5-6 per team!) and start with a basic bike frame. Then the challenge begins! You will need to earn all the different parts of the bike in order to complete it, and make it your own. To earn these bike parts, you will need to complete a variety of tasks – some of which are pure fun, some are skill based. One example of the challenges you may face, is completing the quickest mile on our cycling simulator, or putting your theory-based cycling rules of the road to the test… put your best colleagues up to the test!

Should you complete the tasks and in theory, win, you will receive some fun-money which can be used in any of our equipment zones, to purchase the different materials you need to build your bike. As some of your group may not know how to build a bike (it’s not the most common skill!) we will have bike mechanics and support instructors on-hand to help. Each team will also have a full toolkit, so everything you need to complete it will be there with you.

At the end of the event, you will conclude with a presentation of all the bikes. If we can also get one for you, we will also get a video from the designated charity, to say a lovely thank you message to your team. Give back to people with our Charity Bike Build event!

Bringing high energy to your venue/office, we can promise it will be highly competitive, full of laughs and seriously interactive! It’s all in the name, answer all the trivial questions in a quickfire atmosphere.

We will bring a pack of 100 challenge cards, and teams will be tasked with a huge variety of trivial questions, memory games and interactive puzzles (Which we can promise will be suitable for all members of your team!). All of these are split into different levels of difficulty and points. For example, you will have easy, medium, and hard questions to choose from – with hard questions giving the most points! Hidden in some of the challenges are additional surprise photo and video tasks designed to get the players being ‘creative’! Our experienced actors play a group of suspects in a crime and it’s up to the guests to solve it.

The ‘murder’ occurs at the beginning of the evening and the suspects then mingle amongst the guests, ensuring that everyone is fully introduced to our unique characters and the background to the crime, and give them the first glimpse of possible motives, methods, relationships and alibis.

Secret Service Escape Game

In our Secret Service Escape game, you and your team of new recruits are about to embark on your first lesson ‘An Introduction to Code Breaking’. Out of nowhere, agents burst into the room and announce that “The Secret Service has been compromised and you are the agency’s best hope!”

Presented with the suspects, teams have 90 minutes to work collaboratively, eliminate the suspects and race other teams to crack the safe! 2 professional actors will be acting throughout the event, to keep your team immersed in the story. There will also be a games master on hand through your experience, for every 10 players involved, to ensure everyone understands, is doing okay, and is not stuck.

Work well with your team, and everyone will be sure to get the goal. At the end, you’ll be absorbed into the grand finale as you open the large safe. What will the big reveal be? With brain teasers, printed puzzles and lock boxes, you’ll be taking a trip down memory lane in this old school style Secret Service escape game. It’s perfect for networking and ice breakers! The Apprentices

The Apprentices event has been specifically designed to test and bring out all the core business attributes in your team, including leadership, delegation, commercial awareness & above all, teamwork!

Throughout the day, the apprentices will be set challenging and fun business tasks. Once completed, Sir Alex will consult his experts and declare one of the teams the winners, who will receive a lavish 15 minute treat! Although its not good for some, as they’ll see themselves facing the boardroom…and the firing line!

Teams will be set a range of challenges and tasks to become the ultimate Apprentice, such as…

  • Team Build Time: Do you think you have the skills to plan an exciting corporate teambuilding event?
  • Gift of the Gab: Armed with a list of items and a shoe-string budget teams will embark on a bartering mission.
  • Shopping Channel Showdown: Have you ever thought QVC presenters have an easy job? Now is your chance.
  • On the Box: You will be given just 45 minutes to make a 30 second advert for your chosen product.

Sadly, the losers of the task will be hauled into the boardroom to fight it out in the effort not to hear the immortal phrase: “You’re fired!” Of course those who are fired won’t be sent home early in a black cab with a cameraman to record the tears, they will be sent back into the next task to try and redeem themselves and win back those all important points!

Unlike most other team building experiences, you can challenge yourself and your teammates in an all-in-one experience – Challenge 100! There is literally something for everyone in this event, from creative technical, mental, sensory, problem solving, general knowledge, and physical, who knows what hidden talents will be revealed?! The objective of this experience is to win as much fun money as you can in the given time. 

Activities are categorised in difficulty ratings meaning, the more difficult the activity, the more fun money is awarded. So, teams will need to decide on their strategy of quality versus quantity. Should they attempt to complete as many of the smaller team games as possible and earn their money gradually or spend more time working on the more challenging team building activities for a bigger pay out? – the strategy is yours to decide! With so many challenges to choose from teams can opt for their favourites while avoiding anything they don’t fancy.

Casino Night

A Casino Night is the perfect way to get you and your colleagues socialising together in a unique and fun format. Your whole event will be hosted by one of our croupiers, so you can sit back and just play the game!

Our Casino Nights can host up to 15 people per table. Each table will have their very own live dealer, and will operate with fun-money casino chips. Typically, events range from 2-3 hours, allowing all guests to experience all the games.

With each event, you will be able to choose whether you want to have Red, Black or White tables, for our Blackjack, Roulette, Craps or one of our variations of Poker. Do let us know which game you are looking to do!

The dealers at each table will teach everyone how to play and keep them entertained. At the end of the game time, everyone will reconvene in the main room and a leaderboard will show who ended the game with the most chips! Don’t worry if some of your guests haven’t played before. Hosts will introduce rules and provide the best tips on the games.

Casino Nights are a great way to connect people and act as a great team building activity.

VR Team Challenge

Our VR Team Challenge may be the most exciting and innovative activity that corporate groups can experience in 2022! Get ready to immerse your team in environments never before encountered… I mean, when was the last time you saw a Chef, Bomb Expert and Superman in one day?

Before being released into the head-to-head battle, groups of up to 35 people will be split into 3 competing teams by one of our VR experts.

Teams must then utilise their skills in leadership, planning, process efficiency and organisation, across 3 different virtual reality experiences, over 3 VR stations – ensuring everyone is always engaged in the action.

The VR Team Challenge Games:

  • VR Kitchen – serve the customers burgers and drinks as quickly and accurately as possible to gain the highest customer satisfaction score. One of you will act as the chef (VR) and the other will take the orders and serve them!
  • Walk The Plank – teams will be timed as they enter the virtual elevator, shoot up to the 50th floor, walk the plank, pick up the superman boosters and fly through the course. The teams times are added up to decide who has the highest Superhero ranking.
  • Defuse The Bomb – Use your patience, logic and leadership to decipher the classified instructions and guide your VR bomb defuser teammate to eliminate the threat. The quickest team wins!

Looking for a VR Team Challenge that incorporates a summery feel? No worries! We can incorporate racing, sports day, or skiing into the VR headsets, to give you that entirely immersed experience!

If you are looking for something a little bit more in the mood for Christmas (it’s never too early!), we can also incorporate some festive challenges into the mix…

The Sleuth – Escape Room

The Sleuth Room takes the puzzle filled format of an escape room and adds a murder mystery twist, creating a dynamic escape room team building activity.

The teams are tasked with finding out who the victim, suspects and guilty party are by solving a series of puzzles and challenges, unlocking all the clues within 45 minutes. Each suspect has their own motive, and they are all interviewed via various relationships and intrigue. It’s up to the teams to find out as much information as posssible, and then put it together in the right order!

Once their time is up, the teams must then use all the information they have discovered to solve the crime as completely as possible. The teams are scored on their performance and if more than one team is taking part, the winners will be revealed at the end…

6 people are able to take part in this activity at oen given time, if there are more than 6 people taking part in the event, we can divide you into groups and run the activity more than once , and allow for slightly increased teams. You will definitely benefit if there is more than one team competing against each other, as this allows for a competitive feel, and gives room for feedback to both teams. Teams will play one after another, and we will need 15 minutes for the changeover between.

For two sessions/teams, we will need half a working day (this can be morning or afternoon), but for up to four sessions/teams, we will need a full working day. Per session, we will need approximately 30 minutes to set up beforehand, 60 minutes for gameplay. For multiple teams, we will then allow a 15 minute changeover, and then 30 minutes for feedback at the end, to see what each team could have done better! We will then just require 30 minutes after, to take down our equipment.

Hosted by your very own Headmaster (don’t worry, he’s not as scary as you remember!), teams will begin their day by being given their timetables. It really is like your first day back after the summer holidays!

Teams will be awarded with reward stickers depending on how well they do in each subject. Subjects on the day may include:

History – Teams solve one of our medieval puzzles such as assembling a real suit of armour whilst blindfolded.

Maths – Teams get their heads together to solve our giant maths puzzle.

Science – Teams complete a challenge whilst wearing inversion goggles that make everything look upside down.

English – Teams use the binoculars in order to read and decipher the Morse code story.

PE – Teams co-ordinate their movements to launch the life-size dummy high jumper over the bar!

Play Time – Teams compete in space hopper football match.

Cycling Proficiency Test (indoor or outdoor on concrete) – Teams complete an obstacle course on miniature bikes!

School Sports Day – Teams compete in school race favourites such as the sack race and egg and spoon race.

Along the way through the activity, you will also be given the chance to earn bonus points,  by completing a homework diaries filled to the brim with puzzles. At the end of the activity, teams will be brought together for a group assembly and the team with the most house points will be declared the winners!

The Enigma Project

The Enigma Project can be run absolutely anywhere in the world, and has been run for group sizes from 10, all the up to 1000 participants. We also have the choice of either a half day option (3 hours),  or a full day (6 hours) and is comprised of a series of short spy-related challenges (6 activities for a half day or 12 for a full day).

Groups will be split into approximately 10 people, and will each rotate around your selected activities. Throughout the day, teams will be competing to win as many ‘Spy Dollars’ as they possibly can. After your time is up, the team with the most Spy Dollars will be crowned the champions and each member will receive a winning trophy!

Some of our most popular activities to choose from are as below:

  • Axe Throwing – After a short period of instruction, each agent will test their throwing skills, using specially made axes and wooden targets. Always under expert supervision! Subject to venue approval and suitability.
  • Code Breaking – A 15-minute challenge where agents decipher a series of cryptic clues to work out the correct sequence of wires to disconnect on an electronic ‘bomb’. Tension builds as the agents work against the digital clock and its relentless ticking.
  • Safe Cracking – Only the best secret agents can crack a safe open under pressure. Teams will need to work fast to find the combinations and gain the spy dollars inside for their reward.
  • Minefield Breach – Teams have to successfully negotiate their blindfolded colleagues through a minefield, is there enough trust for your colleagues to do this successfully, and with accurate and clear communication?!
  • Pistol Draw – The team undergo training in how to properly hold and aim a pistol, the secret agents weapon of choice. Using our training weapons, our instructors will help to improve the speed of the draw, firing positions, and teach the new agents left from right! All the training culminates in a ‘fastest draw’ competition to find the Jason Bourne of the group!
  • Thunderball – The ‘toxic waste’ must be transported as slowly and carefully as possible to a controlled storage container. More dollars are available for extra tricks, twists, and turns.

The Enigma Project is especially popular as it has an element of competition to bring the best (and worst!) out of everyone, it’s really engaging as each challenge is only 15-20 minutes. It will touch on many different skill sets, so gives everyone in the group and chance to shine (and earn some spy dollars!)

Beat the Clock

Your conference room is charged with an atmosphere of anticipation, excitement, and energy. Around you, is a wonderful array of diverse equipment for 101 tasks to be completed before the clock counts down to 00:00:00. All you need to do, is simply beat the clock!

The clock starts ticking; the pressure is on. How does each team react? Some will open their team pack to plan their strategy and read all the rules and instructions, others will charge off like uncontrollable kids in a toy shop, trying to gorge themselves on accomplishing the fun and varied activities.

Each challenge in the ‘Beat the Clock’ activity has a Gold, Silver, & Bronze difficulty and scoring level from the following categories:

From puzzles to putting, drawing to dancing, perfumes to pom-poms, antiques to antics, landmarks to logos, Rubik’s to road signs… there’s so much to do and so little time.

  • 10 minutes – Professional Presenter sets the scene and introduces the event
  • 5 minutes – The countdown clock commences, so teams have a quick chat about their strategy and familiarise themselves with their kit
  • 95 minutes – The function room is filled with a buzz as teams get stuck into the challenges
  • 10 minutes – The countdown clock stops and the presenter highlights some of the outstanding moments of the event, whilst the scores are finalised, then presented along with prizes for each member of the winning team.

Bakeathon

Bakeathon is our take on the popular Bake Off TV Show that tests talent and time management… as well as a lot of patience!

Bakeathon is completely mobile, meaning we can literally bring it to any venue. You don’t need to have kitchen facilities as we bring a pop up kitchen that has been designed for the specific purpose of mobile cookery events! We also bring professional chefs and event managers to the event from all over the UK, many of which have a Michelin Star background, so you are well and truly in the best hands.

Hats and aprons at the ready, teams will head to their specific colour coded cooking areas and begin the challenge with a mixture of tasks at hand. With an on-site expert pastry chef guiding teams through their different bakes, this is a fun, challenging and rewarding team building event, suitable for everyone. Oh and of course a tasty one too!

What will Bakeathon entail?

Our specialist team will set up a fully mobile cookery school including everything you would normally find in the kitchen. This includes team baking zones, ovens, utensils, demo stations and all required ingredients, all purposely designed for mobile cookery experiences. After some amazing demonstrations from our professional chefs it’s then down to the teams who will be challenged with creating a variety of signature bakes.

Under the watch of the selected Team Head Chefs, teams can experiment with all kinds of flavours, and baking techniques, all under the fun pupillage of our experts. It’s not all about the flavour though. All teams are judged on originality, presentation, creativity, teamwork & taste. Once the time is up each teams creations are presented at the front, with judging hosted just like you see on the famous TV show.

Competition levels are high with the announcement of the top 3 teams followed by a presentation ceremony. The top team can also celebrate with a nice bottle of bubbly and of course.. bragging rights! Each team will also have takeaways from their bakes to show off to colleagues, friends and family.

Survival Island

Using your initiatives and the skills our team will teach you, can you take on the Survival Island? After an opening presentation by your host, your group will be split into teams, and head off to a zone. You will have 6 zones, with 30 minutes at each. Teams are then faced with a series of survival scenarios in each zone, in which they will learn key skills before they take on the task ahead. Each survival task is designed to involve every team member. Using what nature has to offer, teams must draw upon resourcefulness and ingenuity, whilst applying the core skills of teamwork.

Survival Island Zones may Include:

  • Fire Lighting – Fire creates a sense of warmth and morale. Can you create a fire from basic materials including a battery and wire wool?
  • Shelter Building – An essential part of survival is keeping safe from the elements. Can your team build a shelter capable of keeping you safe and dry?
  • Navigation – Learn how to navigate when you have nothing but daylight but also with tools.
  • Irrigation Challenge – This is a team challenge to build an irrigation system transfer water from point to point without wastage. Using bamboo canes and guttering the team must navigate various twists and turns to deliver the most precious resource to its final destination.
  • Axe Throwing – When it comes to hunting for food an axe may be all you have. A fun challenge to test the groups accuracy at throwing axes!
  • Sniper Shooting – If you are lucky enough to have a rifle you must know how to use it to shoot for food. The group will be taught the principles of marksmanship before being tested on their shooting accuracy. When your dinner is dependent on it a steady hand is essential!

Teams will compete head to head at each stance, all hosted by our expert survival instructors. Points are awarded after each zone dependent on performance and survival teamwork. vAs you progress through the training zones, teams build their skills ready to become the ultimate survivalists. The entire event is a fun inspirational experience, where teams learn amazing new skills of survival, bush craft and the great outdoors.

Kidnap your MD

Kidnap your MD has been designed with the CIA, MI5, and military special operatives in mind, so guarantees to put you on the edge of your seat! Sat enduring ‘death by PowerPoint’ from a purposely designed, highly boring presentation by the boss, your unsuspecting delegates will be stunned with disbelief as our hooded actors storm the room. With the room held to ransom, your MD is shockingly gagged and dragged away against his will (of course this is all just pretend!). After this dramatic scene, all that’s left behind is a locked briefcase. Crack the code and all will be revealed!

Inside is simply a ransom note and some images linking your MD to a criminal empire. You have a deadline to either make the ransom or expose the kidnappers. The question is, will you pay it, or can you use your findings to find the kidnappers hideout, bring them to justice and rescue the day? FBI agents will soon arrive at the scene as they have been tracking the criminals for many months, but now they need your help as key witnesses. Your teams are briefed on their mission, then it’s off to investigate.

Kidnap Your MD has several themes of investigation to choose from:

Team Rollercoasters

Ever fancied yourself a bit of an engineer? Or maybe you think you have the perfect brain to easily complete the job? You have a chance to give your logic skills a go with this activity! We promise, it’s trickier than it seems in our Team Rollercoasters Challenge! You’ll be taking on twists and turns at every stage of your build.

You will begin the activity by being put into randomised teams, before going to complete a series of challenges in order to earn materials. Games will include a variety of tasks to challenge logical problem solving, communication and co-ordination.

Working in small groups for the beginning of the activity (5-8 people), teams will figure out the best way to construct their section of the rollercoaster, using only rods and cable ties. It’s entirely down to your creativity (and some safety)! Strict building regulations must be followed, and will be checked thoroughly by our rollercoaster engineering inspectors!

Once the track is assembled, teams will then practice their coordinating skills, by working out the best movements to create a ‘wave’ that will propel a football along the track. If you wanted to go down the competitive route instead, you also can do! Teams can compete against each other for the best team coordination and fastest journey along their track as an alternative.

The event will conclude with all the teams joining together to make one giant roller coaster. Everyone must then work together to co-ordinate their movements and propel as many footballs along the rollercoaster in a huge group effort finale!

Having taken inspiration from the famous TV show, our full corporate version of It’s a Knockout is designed for teams where everyone can get involved in a highly energized bonding activity that really brings the smiles to the masses.

We’re talking crazy costumes, huge inflatables, slippery slides, wacky relay races and enough foam to fill an Olympic swimming pool. After all, it’s not every day you get the chance to see the boss dressed as a fairy racing a giant chicken!

As your team enter our arena full of colour, music and energy, we’ll begin with an uplifting warm-up, usually to a fun famous dance lead by one of our instructors. All the activities are head-to-head. Teams will rotate around each different zone, playing a different team at each activity. This gives a great level of interaction, camaraderie and quite often a lot of cheating! At each activity zone teams are awarded points for wins, draws and losses. We also have outfits to put on, to really get into the spirit!

The experience concludes with a nail-biting finale with the chance to take those extra bonus points home. Everyone works together to score the most points and be crowned It’s a Knockout champions.

Carefully designed to test the most relevant business skills and build teamwork, Wall Street Winners will have even the quietest members of your team frantically racing round negotiating deals, deducing strategies and trying to forecast the next market trend.

Teams will buy and sell shares at the most opportune moments in order to reap the highest financial benefit possible. Guests purchase building materials from the profits to construct a corporate tower to sell for even more bucks. There are endless twists and turns to keep everyone on their toes; no tower is safe until the final trading bell rings! It’s all about the money! Property will be sold off at £p/cm and added to the share values. The team with the most profit will be crowned the Wall Street Winners!

What to expect:

The overall aim of the event is to make the most money and build the biggest and best corporate tower! Teams will be given £1,000,000 to invest throughout the event. During the experience several trading sessions are held where you will be able to invest your capital in a selection of 5 different companies in the hope of making some profit! Obviously, timing is everything, so teams will need to make sure that they invest at the right time, or you could lose out.

A bell will ring to signal the start and finish of a trading session where you can buy and sell from our brokers. Teams will also be able to view a live news feed that will run throughout the sessions. Pay attention though, as these could be the make or break of your trading experience. With the money earned from the smart investments, teams can buy commodities to build a gigantic corporate tower to showcase your wealth. You will also need to put together a 1-minute pitch to tell us all about what you’ve made with your million.

The team with the best corporate tower, the most outstanding pitch and of course the largest profit after we liquate the shares will be crowned the winners.

Teamopoly is hosted by our very own Mr Monopoly, this super-sized team building edition of the legendary board game is designed to keep your office entertained for weeks beyond the event!

Divided into teams of giant irons, wheelbarrows, cars and top hats, your group will have plenty of time to not only dominate the board but navigat through Mr Monopoly’s eclectic mix of team building challenges, all of which are designed to empty or fill your pockets of monopoly change! During the game your group will face gripping live challenges from our giant chance cards and community chests, including team jailbreak, win the lottery and beat the banker, all brought to extreme life by live actors and super-sized props!

How will the event run?

The day starts off with a welcome introduction from Mr Monopoly explaining the rules of play. Teams are allocated, with up to 5 teams perboard (complete with banker and host).

Then Teamopoly truly begins! Each team takes it in turn to roll the giant diceand progress through the board. To earn money, teams must completeall kinds of fun tasks, games and challenges. Whilst one player per teamis on the board, the others are off earning cash! When they return, the state of play is always different. Each team member takes their turn in playing the board whilst the others are winning money. After the teams have had a chance to acquire some property, the game pauses for a trading session, in which the banker takes a backseat, and the teams can trade their properties. The game then resumes, for teams to continue to compete against each other to earn as much money as possible.

The activity concludes with each teams’ empires being valued. Suspension builds as the top 3 teams are announced. Medals and bubbly are awarded from bronze, silver and gold.

Get your Big Picture Masterpiece on with our creative challenge designed exclusively for teams! In this artistic extravaganza, teams will be working together towards one common goal.

Each individual will be given one section of a picture which will contribute towards one giant group masterpiece. But there’s a catch. The paints teams need to paint the pictures, come at a cost! To earn their paints, team will need to complete challenges around the room with each challenge being worth one colour. 

Although teams may initially start off competitive, they will soon realise that they will need to work together to complete the bigger picture. By the end of the session, teams will have a giant Big Picture Masterpiece which can be hung on the office wall!

Totally Wipedout

Will you take on the Totally Wipedout challenge? If so, there are some seriously big toys to take on during this outdoor team building experience! From the famous big red balls, to inflatable assault courses, and even a giant wrecking ball.

Everything is head-to-head, so competition if rife. Teams will compete in a variety of unique games, fighting it out to get the winning times and points, and as we normally expect, a fair bit of cheating and sabotage. If you’re looking for the biggest, most energized, most active and most challenging, FUN team building event on the planet, then this is it.

As teams arrive at the arena (which is alive with music and all the inflatable challenges), our host for the day will dance onto the scene ready to kickstart the fun. First up is the warmup which usually takes the form of a silly dance routine – it gets everybody limbered up and the awkwardness flies out the (metaphorical) window.

Each group will then visit the challenge zones, going head-to-head with a different team at each point. This really ups the level of interaction and camaraderie, as well as the chance to beat each one of your peers, including the boss! Points are awarded as you go – it’s 3 for a win, 2 for a draw and 1 for a loss. The compere will give rolling updates on the scores, helping to up ante for those desperate to take the lead.

Activities May Include:

  • Bungee Run – on our inflatable runway, individuals race to place their velcro baton as far forward as possible before the bungee kicks in!
  • Big Red Balls – run jump and bounce across the giant red balls to make it all the way through this amazing inflatable.
  • Washing Machines – loaded full of socks, can you get into the foam filled thick of things and find the matching pairs?
  • The Sweeper – get your timing spot on to jump and avoid the rotating, sweeping arm that’s trying to knock you off the inflatable bed.

The event concludes with one final challenge, giving the back runners the chance to take the bonus points and steal the lead. The top 3 winning teams are announced with bronze, silver and gold medals. The top team are awarded bubbly, so expect to get sprayed!

The Killing – CSI Experience

In our CSI Experience, there has been a murder! Working in small teams, you must delve into the murky world of crime, as you find out what happened to CEO Jonathan Buckley. Was it a mistake, or a planned killing?

You will be tasked with completing a series of forensic challenges as you work to find the culprit. Do you think you and your team are ready to find out what the motive was, and how the murder took place? What evidence do you think you will come across as you connect the suspects to the crime scene?

The experience will begin with a full briefing from our enthusiastic trainer. There will be a fingerprint masterclass, which will include taking your own & dusting for fingerprints!, a background of the crime will be explained to your group. The full investigation will include:

Lego Animation

Get your creative juices flowing with our lego animation experience. It’s time to bring a story to life and be ready to film the best mini movie your colleagues have seen. The competition levels are high! Think you’ve got what it takes?

After an initial briefing and introduction from your Event Manager, teams will be introduced to Stop Motion Animation techniques and given the brief of the task ahead which is to create their own short, animated film. Each team will be issued with their own supply of Lego pieces – circa 1,500 pieces per team – along with pre-built corner studios and tablets in order to create, film and edit a movie to a specific brief. It’s time to get stuck into the lego animation activity!

Initially each team of 6-8 participants will discuss ideas, produce their film storyboards and allocate roles for their team members including:

• Project Director
• Script writing
• Scenery and Model making & moving
• Photography & Production

With all roles allocated and storyboard concepts completed, teams will begin building sets, making characters and shooting the scenes. Instructed and assisted by our Events Team throughout, your assigned photographers use the Samsung Galaxy Tablets provided to capture all the action before editing it into a final 1-minute version.

The event concludes with a big screen preview of each team’s production, judged by our event team. Medals will be awarded to the winning team based on all round creativity from concept to delivery. Films completed and handed over to our Event Manager are then compiled onto a USB memory stick, for our team to polish back in the office and send to you after the event.

The Festive Four Quarters

We’ve re-skinned our Four Quarters Team Challenge to fit the festive theme for a Christmas team challenge.

Our Festive Four Quarters has something that targets all skill types, meaning it’s incredibly inclusive for everyone. Not only is it a chance to have some fun, but it will also help strengthen bonds and communication.

Get your Christmas jumpers on, and spend up to 30 minutes at each quarter, as each team contributes to an overall goal at each. Communication is essential as teams must collaborate and strategize to create an end product at each station.

This experience aims for participants to enjoy working with other people in a non-competitive environment.

Christmas Challenge 1 – Let’s Present Your Art

Each team is presented with a giant canvas and acrylic paints. The team must then work together to create a section of the overall design. You will be given a festive image to recreate.

Using materials ‘purchased’ from our materials shop, can you create your own sleigh which will protect your team’s uncooked egg when we drop it? Each team films a section of a Christmassy music video using the tablets we provided. Fancy dress and props are provided so it’s a chance for you to really bring out the performer in you! You will be recreating ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day’ by Wizzard. In the days after the event, we will send an edited video so you can see your teams efforts.

In our Big Christmas Quiz activity, teams will compete in a festive mix of festive themed quiz rounds with audio and visual challenges. Rounds that may be included in your festive quiz are:

  • Festive Films – how well do you know the classics? We’ll even throw in a special observation round which requires more than knowledge!

The aim of the game is simple really, answer the most questions correctly to top the leaderboard. Each team will play together using on a tablet using an intuitive, interactive application and scores will be streamed live to the scoreboard.

Create your own unique set of Christmas crackers from scratch with our fun and festive workshop. We’ll provide a wide range of festive papers, a haberdashery of matching trims, plus those all important cracker snaps to make your crafty crackers go bang! Also provided will be the paper hats to include in your crackers, but we’ll leave the gifts up to you.

We’ll show you a variety of techniques to decorate and customise your handmade crackers, including attaching festive trims, paper crafts, and other fun embellishments. All in the spirit of the season of course! If you have a set theme or colour scheme in mind, let us know and we’ll endeavour to provide the perfect materials, papers and trims to match. Each person will make approximately 6 crackers at this session, and the finished crackers will be able to be recycled after use.

Ideal as a festive team bonding activity or even as a family get together. This activity can be flexible and is available to be run as a drop in experience, or even as a shorter session for a tailor made event experience.

Using our immersive app, you’ll be virtually travelling the world to experience the celebrations of different cultures across the globe! As you touch down in each country, you’ll complete a variety of travel trivia tasks, all based on religious and cultural festivities from countries such as Brazil, France, Spain and more.

In our Around The World – Festive Edition, teams will participate in interactive tasks and trivia and work their way across 22 countries, collecting Travel Credits as they go. There will be a whole host of challenges to earn Travel Credits such as demonstrating Kung-Fu skills in China, to exploring well known landmarks on Google Maps to uncover the answers to questions – there’s something for everyone!

Just like the popular TV show, teams will take part in three different challenges. The Signature Bake will test your abilities in baking a batch of the Christmas Classic, mince pies! Then, the Technical Challenge is where things really get difficult, as you’re challenged with baking gingerbread cookies and even have a go at icing them! The final challenge is the Showstopping Victoria Sponge. Not only will you get to showcase your baking skills, but your sugarcraft and decorating skills will be up for judging too!

With your very own cook stations, mini ovens and expert chefs on hand to offer guidance, you’ll have everything you need to create some delicious treats! However, make sure you’re working hard and using your creativity to create some delicious looking bakes, as the judges will be looking for the Star Baker!

 

Cracked It Christmas Escape Room Game

Created by ex-Scotland Yard Detectives, we bring to you the Cracked It Christmas Escape Room Game. In this mobile table top prison themed escape game, you will be given puzzles and challenges to complete in order to crack the code to escape!

Players are put into groups called “cell blocks,” each having up to eight members. With a limited amount of time, every group needs to figure out how to “breakout.”

The game has three main parts. In each one, teams try to find one of four important numbers – these numbers are their ticket out. To do this, they’ll do things like make rope ladders, find the right fingerprints, and work on puzzles.

As the clock ticks, the excitement grows: some groups will find their way out, while others might still be figuring things out. The final challenge is to sneak past the governors office and make your escape over the ‘prison wall’! Will you make it home in time for Christmas.

This festive Escape Room Game is perfect for any team looking for a different kind of Christmas fun. Whether it’s for team building or a special Christmas get-together, everyone will enjoy teamwork, collaborative thinking, and a bit of mystery.

Christmas Masterpiece

Christmas masterpiece is an exciting team building event that encourages the team to get those creative juices flowing and create a giant-size masterpiece of a famous painting. This is an amazing event where the message is clear.

Your group is divided into teams of 6 to 8 people to start and each team works on their own canvas. Teams will not only paint but also need to complete a series of mini-challenges for information, blueprints, and paints to help them in their quest to complete the painting. These tasks will involve logical quizzes, puzzles, mental challenges, visual tasks, and some engineering with a festive twist.

The end result of all these challenges and with the barriers of communication, you will see how well you fared out, as each team puts their completed painting against one another. They will create a famous painting. The final result is always breathtaking and you and your guests will be amazed at what you have created. The standard of results previously have been very high and most companies take their masterpiece away to be put up in their offices as a keepsake.

This experience is a festive spin-off of our ‘Get Your Masterpiece On‘ event! Don’t worry, you dont need to be any good at art to get the most out of this experience.

Neon Christmas Lights

Hosted by our skilled instructor, guests will be guided through each step of the process. From preparing the boards and using templates to transferring images and attaching the neon wire, our expert will ensure that everyone can create a stunning neon sign.

Once the initial steps are complete, the process of attaching the neon wire to the board becomes mindfully simple. This allows guests to relax, socialize, and enjoy the creative experience without stress. With guidance from our tutor, everyone can express their creativity and bring their vision to life, resulting in a personalized neon-style sign that reflects their individual style.

At the end of the workshop, we’ll turn off the lights and reveal everyone’s completed “Glow Up” projects. It’s a magical moment that showcases the creativity and effort put into each sign. Guests will then take home their personalized neon-style sign to display with pride.

Gingerbread Experience

Bake, assemble, and decorate your very own houses in our gingerbread experience! Each team will be provided with their very own cooking station, with a mini oven, as well as recipe sheets and all the necessary equipment your participants will need to help them bake their biscuit pieces.

Teams will then bake gingerbread pieces and begin making their houses, as well as additional gingerbread cookies in shapes such as gingerbread men, trees and snowmen. There will be plenty to enjoy afterwards!

While your gingerbread pieces are baking in the oven, teams can mix their royal icing, practise their piping skills and begin making handmade sugarcraft decorations such as sugar flowers, characters, animals…whatever they can think of! You can even go fully festive if you choose!

Once cooled, the biscuit pieces are ready to assemble. The sugarcraft decorations can then be added and the finishing touches are piped in royal icing with different colours and nozzles to create various effects. You could choose to draw christmas trees, or reindeer waiting outside the house, or maybe you’ll choose to have santa going down the chimney!

Our expert chefs and cake decorators will be there to give advice, tips and techniques so that each team can create something spectacular on the day. Once you’ve arrived at your venue, you will be greeted by an expert Sommelier who will be ready and waiting to talk all things with you and your team! Additionally, you’ll even get to enjoy a glass of Crèmant on arrival!

Then, it’s on to the part you’ve all been waiting for…the wine tasting! Enjoy a glass of white and 2 reds, which have been carefully selected for the festive season. Your Sommelier will talk you through how to smell and taste the wine to enhance the experience, and will give fun facts about the wines as you’re drinking! They’ll even answer all of the winey questions you’ve always wanted to ask!

If you’d like to add a little something extra to your festive experience, then why not add a cheese or truffle pairing for an additional cost!

In Jolly Jumpers, teams must work together to create the best (or the worst!) Christmas Jumpers that you possibly can! You will be given plain jumpers, fabric paints and decorations, and it’s up to you to let loose and go wild on your festive creations!

The best part about this activity, is it can be run in two different ways! It can be a relaxing jumper painting workshop, or, if you want to spice it up a bit, you can introduce some challenges to earn equipment for jumpers! There may even be a novelty price for the winners at the end!

Our Christmas ReGeneration Game typically features five rounds, each more entertaining than the last. Here are some of the exciting challenges you can expect:

  • Balloon Modelling: Teams receive a quick demonstration before attempting to create their own balloon Santa hat. It’s a test of creativity and dexterity!
  • Reindeer Construction: Using only newspaper and sticky tape, teams must build the tallest free-standing reindeer. It’s random, it’s fun, and it’s surprisingly challenging!
  • Cake Decorating: Teams unleash their inner bakers to decorate a fabulously festive Christmas cake. The most creative cake wins!
  • Christmas Jumper Decorating: Armed with plain jumpers and fabric pens, teams compete to create the ugliest Christmas jumper imaginable. It’s a fashion disaster waiting to happen!
  • Christmas Fairy Costume: Teams design and create a fairy outfit using bin bags, ribbons, tin foil, and other craft materials. In a fun finale, the “fairies” must strut their stuff on the catwalk, impressing the judges with their stylish creations.
