Beat The Box

Will you beat Beat The Box? Groups will take on challenges both individually (cheered on by your peers) and team challenges that tests everyone’s ability. Practice time will be given for the head-to-head challenges before taking on the main tasks. Each team get several lives, so just be careful not to lose them all at once.

Teams will take part in a variety of challenges to start with to earn points.  Once the team challenges are over, it’s time to move onto the individual games. Teams will get practice time to enable them to choose their best player(s) to compete in that round. Challenges will be completed under pressure and against the clock.

Teams will get 3 chances: if they complete the challenge on their first attempt, they win 200 points for their team. On their second attempt, they win 100 points and on the third, 50 points. If they don’t complete the challenge in 3 attempts, they give all other teams 100 points.

The BIG Quiz is a fantastic in-person team activity that is much more than a quiz. A remake of our top-selling virtual event, we have made The BIG Quiz even more interactive with live team scoring to keep all participants fully engaged.

Each quiz will feature five interactive rounds designed to get your team talking and test their teamwork skills. Rounds will include:

  • Pot luck (general knowledge) – Interactive question round testing your knowledge over ten questions.
  • TV and film – We will test your observation skills using clips from well-known TV shows and movies.
  • Sport – Interactive sports question round with a ‘What happens next’ finale.

With our Virtual Beatz N Bingo being a huge hit for international teams, we decided to bring it to the in-person world! The bingo we all know and love works with numbers – but not this one. If you’re a group looking for a musical add-on to your work drinks and meal, along with an activity, this is the perfect mix!

Best get your grooves on, as our team will be ready to bring the fun.  All participants will be given their own unique bingo card, along with a pen.

All participants will need to do, is listen to each song being played, and tick it off if they are lucky enough to have it on their bingo card. The first round will be one line, second round is for two lines, and the final round is for a full house! If it’s not on your card, don’t worry. Just dance along until you see a song that is!

We also have prizes to give away to the fastest bingo calls, so it really is all to play for in this special rendition of Boogie Bingo. The games in Master of the Tasks come in all shapes and sizes and are only revealed when the famous wax sealed envelope open. There’s absolutely something for everyone, with the name of the game being good old-fashioned fun.

There are different types of tasks to suit everyone. Some team based, some individual, some where players from other teams are nominated, creative tasks, skill tasks and some random curve balls.

What happens on Master of the Tasks?

Guided by a host teams compete in a series of tasks and rounds, earning points and climbing the leaderboard.

The task can either be a live challenge or a practice challenge. Live challenges take place straight away meaning the team must think quickly on their feet. Practice challenges give the group time to plan their strategy. The games are so varied you will literally not know what’s coming next.

Our experienced actors play a group of suspects in a crime and it’s up to the guests to solve it.

The ‘murder’ occurs at the beginning of the evening and the suspects then mingle amongst the guests, ensuring that everyone is fully introduced to our unique characters and the background to the crime, and give them the first glimpse of possible motives, methods, relationships and alibis.

Secret Service Escape Game

In our Secret Service Escape game, you and your team of new recruits are about to embark on your first lesson ‘An Introduction to Code Breaking’. Out of nowhere, agents burst into the room and announce that “The Secret Service has been compromised and you are the agency’s best hope!”

Presented with the suspects, teams have 90 minutes to work collaboratively, eliminate the suspects and race other teams to crack the safe! 2 professional actors will be acting throughout the event, to keep your team immersed in the story. There will also be a games master on hand through your experience, for every 10 players involved, to ensure everyone understands, is doing okay, and is not stuck.

Work well with your team, and everyone will be sure to get the goal. At the end, you’ll be absorbed into the grand finale as you open the large safe. What will the big reveal be? With brain teasers, printed puzzles and lock boxes, you’ll be taking a trip down memory lane in this old school style Secret Service escape game. It’s perfect for networking and ice breakers! Casino Night

A Casino Night is the perfect way to get you and your colleagues socialising together in a unique and fun format. Your whole event will be hosted by one of our croupiers, so you can sit back and just play the game!

Our Casino Nights can host up to 15 people per table. Each table will have their very own live dealer, and will operate with fun-money casino chips. Typically, events range from 2-3 hours, allowing all guests to experience all the games.

With each event, you will be able to choose whether you want to have Red, Black or White tables, for our Blackjack, Roulette, Craps or one of our variations of Poker. Do let us know which game you are looking to do!

The dealers at each table will teach everyone how to play and keep them entertained. At the end of the game time, everyone will reconvene in the main room and a leaderboard will show who ended the game with the most chips! Don’t worry if some of your guests haven’t played before. Hosts will introduce rules and provide the best tips on the games.

Casino Nights are a great way to connect people and act as a great team building activity.

Your conference room is charged with an atmosphere of anticipation, excitement, and energy. Around you, is a wonderful array of diverse equipment for 101 tasks to be completed before the clock counts down to 00:00:00. All you need to do, is simply beat the clock!

The clock starts ticking; the pressure is on. How does each team react? Some will open their team pack to plan their strategy and read all the rules and instructions, others will charge off like uncontrollable kids in a toy shop, trying to gorge themselves on accomplishing the fun and varied activities.

Each challenge in the ‘Beat the Clock’ activity has a Gold, Silver, & Bronze difficulty and scoring level from the following categories:

From puzzles to putting, drawing to dancing, perfumes to pom-poms, antiques to antics, landmarks to logos, Rubik’s to road signs… there’s so much to do and so little time.

Furiously, the teams try to complete the challenges they have started before the clock hits zero.

How can I expect this activity to run? (Based on a 2 hour event)

  • 10 minutes – Professional Presenter sets the scene and introduces the event
  • 5 minutes – The countdown clock commences, so teams have a quick chat about their strategy and familiarise themselves with their kit
  • 95 minutes – The function room is filled with a buzz as teams get stuck into the challenges
  • 10 minutes – The countdown clock stops and the presenter highlights some of the outstanding moments of the event, whilst the scores are finalised, then presented along with prizes for each member of the winning team.

With a professional gameshow host to entertain and lead teams through numerous Christmas-themed physical and mental rounds, this activity guarantees plenty of laughs and memorable moments. We’d also suggest bringing your camera along, as some rounds serve perfect images for the office notice board!

Many of the games allow for all teams to compete at the same time, ensuring a highly engaging and hilarious format that is full of competition. 

The Office Games comes complete with an HD projector, a 100” projector screen for our dazzling graphics, modern sound and lighting, wireless buzzer systems, game props, and an interactive host that guarantees to immerse you in the world of gameshows.

You’ll compete in groups of 5-10 people, aiming to win the most points and take home the coveted ‘Office Games’ trophy. Each team will be allocated a colour (Red, Yellow, Blue or Green) and whilst teams will compete individually as teams, they will be collectively winning points for their allocated colour. In our Big Christmas Quiz activity, teams will compete in a festive mix of festive themed quiz rounds with audio and visual challenges. Rounds that may be included in your festive quiz are:

  • Traditional Christmas Knowledge – we really could ask you anything in this round, think food, carols, adverts & more!
  • Festive Films – how well do you know the classics? We’ll even throw in a special observation round which requires more than knowledge!
