Founded during the first Lockdown in 2020, Team Building Experiences found ourselves speaking to people all over the globe looking for the same thing … fun!
With entertainment outlets closed, significant events cancelled, and a worldwide Work From Home policy, we started our vigilant search for the best virtual activities to keep teams entertained and working well together.
These days, we support all types of businesses and teams globally.
We’ve serviced hundreds of notable clients, including Google, Facebook, and AstraZeneca.

However, we know that face-to-face contact is essential for humans and team building, so in 2022, we started offering live events. Now, we run many fun activities in-house and have partnered with some of the UK’s most extraordinary suppliers and trendiest venues.
Team building transpires from the unique and meaningful moments the team shares. Each experience listed on our website guarantees to build a more robust team – simply by spending quality time together.

Daniel Osullivan
CEO and Founder
In 2020, Dan founded Team Building Experiences, making him a big deal around here. Although not one to shy away from the limelight, he works hard in the background, ensuring that all brands under The Experience Specialists perform well and stay true to the vision.
Laura Kelly
Managing Director
Laura is a key player at TBE, bringing her years of experience working directly with corporate companies to handle bookings with flawless precision. Christmas is Laura’s favourite time of year, and she loves nothing more than the Christmas Party season!
Sophy Burrows
Events Director
Sophy manages our Events department, ensuring all Event operations are running at their best. Looking after event logistics and development, she can usually be found deep in thought at her computer planning travel, staffing, equipment checks and more!
Dan Neale
Creative Director
Dan is the creative mastermind of the business; not only does he design and develop events for us, but he’s also hosted them! Dan has created some of our bestselling events, including The Office Games and Betrayers.
Sam Green
Marketing Director
Sam is our in-house Marketing team looking after our website, marketing communications and all promo materials for our events. Sam’s usually behind the camera, but you’ll often see her on the company TikTok, portraying our message of Keeping Things Fun.
Kyra Johnson
Events Manager
Kyra is our Events Manager, usually on-site at many events up and down the country. She loves to travel and will happily volunteer to run a Crystal Challenge event or run production on an Office Games game show, no matter where in the country it might be! We’re positive she has a suitcase ready to go at all times.
Marie-Ann Sharman
Events Manager
Marie-Ann joined the team in 2023 and quickly became a key member of our Events Team. She is always on the ball, ensuring that all event details are correct so that events run smoothly. You’ll often find her roping in the team members as guinea pigs to practice her event-hosting skills!
