Space / Venue Requirements

To make the most out of your remote experience, make sure you have access to the following:

• A good internet connection
• A laptop or device with sound and a camera in order to join a video conference.

Our platform of choice is Zoom* which we set up for you using our account details.

Included in the Experience

• Each guest will receive enough materials to make three customised decorations.
• We will dispatch all the crafty materials, invite your guests to take part via email.

Important Information

• We advise booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for the materials to be dispatched to each individual’s front door, and secure your preferred date and time.
• This can be delivered on Zoom – please let us know if you request a different platform.
• We regret that we cannot post outside of Great Britain.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Full payment is required upon booking. If you then choose to cancel your event, your entitlement to a refund depends on the amount of notice you give us.
