Put your headsets on and take on another dimension in our newest Virtual Reality Experience! Accomplishing missions together has never been easier – armed with a backpack, VR glasses and a gun, it’s up to you and your squad to save the day. In this Apocalypse-style game, you have to work together and defeat hordes of zombies rushing at you. Alien Defence will have you and your team fighting off an alien invasion from another dimension with free movement, adrenaline and tons of fun!
So, what’s all the hype about? Well, you’ll be battling it out in our next-gen, free-roam VR arena! This is where the main focus of your event will be as the arena holds 5 players at a time with 20 minute games (so there isn’t much waiting time). Once everyone has played, there is a bonus final game for the top 5 highest scoring players followed by a medal awarding ceremony!
We also have a unique demo area which consists of three lively experiences:
Familiarise yourselves with these games to get your heart racing before the main event. Think you can walk the plank? There will be unlimited access to this area throughout your session. There is also pool, football tables, and a quiz machine if you want to add to the excitement of your event. It really is the perfect opportunity to get one up on your friends or colleagues and earn some bragging rights!
With a bar onsite also, participants can get themselves a refreshingly cool beer or classic cosmopolitan inbetween games of the Virtual Reality Experience.
A non refundable 25% deposit is required on booking, the remaining balance is required at least 28 days in advance of the experience.
Our cancellation period covers up until 28 days prior to your event. At this stage you can cancel your event but you will lose your deposit.
Any cancellations made within 28 days of your event are non-refundable.
The venue is open Monday-Friday from 14:00-22:00. The venue can open early if you are looking to private hire.
We anticipate that guests will spend a total of 90 minutes onsite, however if you choose to stay for a few drinks afterwards this could add on some time.
If their frame is smaller than 142mm wide and 50mm high, it should fit within our VR goggles. However, we would advise to wear contact lenses if possible.
Yes, Dickens Yard has its own Q-Park with over 500 spaces located beneath the development. We are also located close to Ealing Broadway tube and train stations.
As this activity requires you to be able to walk around with a PC on your back while using both hands, this sadly means it isn’t wheelchair friendly (just yet). For health and safety reasons, people with the following medical conditions will not be allowed to play:
