Our gold event management package will provide you with a full end to end events management experience for you to deliver your virtual event.

You will have full confidence the event will run smoothly with a dedicated events director, a dedicated production team and a dedicated video animator for the duration of the event.

Your event can include multiple speakers, multiple entertainers, streamed in different languages and subtitles included if desired. To create a unique and engaging event, we recommend the host is pre-recorded or live streamed from our studio or a venue suitable to them. The host can be placed inside a virtual venue, custom built with your branding, your style or even an iconic venue of your choice. Viewers will then be able to see the host with their full body, as opposed to the well known Zoom image of head and shoulders. We bring your content to life by including effective animation within the virtual venue or as part of the recording.

This style of virtual event is similar to TV broadcast and a fraction of the cost. It is perfect for companies who want to go above and beyond and produce a memorable event.

Space / Venue Requirements

To make the most out of your remote experience, make sure you have access to the following:

• A good internet connection
• A laptop or device with sound and a camera in order to join a video conference.

Important Information

• Everyone will need a good internet connection for this virtual experience. We regret that we cannot offer refunds if a guest’s internet connection fails.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

A non refundable 50% deposit is required on booking, the remaining balance is required at least 35 days in advance of the experience.

Our cancellation period covers up until 35 days prior to your event. At this stage you can cancel your event but you will lose your deposit.

Any cancellations made within 35 days of your event are non-refundable.
