The virtual social is a virtual event replica of your usual after-work social with everything moved online. Your team will split down into smaller groups and go head to head in a variety of light-hearted games. Our activity gives everyone a chance to shine on different stages, regardless of age – with both competitive and networking hats on! It’s the event that will make your team laugh, talk, and bond!

Christmas is here!

Break the ice in our virtual lobby – Need a quick warm-up before you jump into the sixty minutes of fun? Relax, you’re in good hands. After a short chit-chat, our Host will split your team into groups of 3-5 people. Get ready for music and fun challenges. Each team starts with zero points… Who will win?

The game is ON! The variety of games allow everyone to shine.

You’ll get to experience at least 6 different challenges during your event, e.g. Fun Fact Matching, Pub Trivia, Buzz In Challenges, Pictionary or Emoji Riddles. The games allow for teamwork as well as discussion and interaction across teams – goodbye, breakout room loneliness!

Everyone loves healthy competition. After all, there’s no game without a winner! It’s up to you what the official prize is. What’s more important, your team had a chance to network, get to know each other better, and strengthen their relations.

Winners or losers, all get to take a memorable picture in our Photo booth, using props to recreate the live event experience. We’ll share the pictures after the event along with any art created in Pictionary round – who’ll hang it on their wall?

Groups 6 – 15 ppl: £349 + VAT
Groups 16 – 30 ppl:  £399 + VAT
Groups 30+: Pricing on the request

Customization: Possible on request, £100 + VAT per 5 question trivia customized set, £50+VAT for a customer logo visible throughout the game.

Available – 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, 16:00, 17:30, 19:00, 20:30 (GMT): – We can do earlier than 10:00 and later than 20:30 if requested.

Space / Venue Requirements

To make the most out of your remote experience, make sure you have access to the following:

  • A webcam, headphones, and a stable Wi-Fi connection. Your team joins the room via a web link. (No fancy equipment or app required. No sign-up or account setting. All you need to access is the game)
  • A laptop or device with sound and a camera in order to join a video conference.

Important Information

Everyone will need a good internet connection for this virtual experience. We regret that we cannot offer refunds if a guest’s internet connection fails.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

A non refundable 25% deposit is required on booking, the remaining balance is required at least 35 days in advance of the experience.

Our cancellation period covers up until 35 days prior to your event. At this stage you can cancel your event but you will lose your deposit.

Any cancellations made within 35 days of your event are non-refundable.

Will there be a host?

Yes, there will be. Your host will provide great entertainment for your team!

What platform is the event run on?

Our preference is Zoom. Do enquire if you would prefer to use a different platform and we can see if the host is happy to do so!

When will i receive the Zoom link?

You will receive the link in your event confirmation email. Be sure to arrive on time! This will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your event.

What will i need to bring?

Yourself! You may also want to bring some snacks and a drink!

Can we stay on the Zoom link after?

Yes! Just let the host know before they leave so they can make one of your participants the host, and the meeting will stay open.
