Description

Our experienced actors play a group of suspects in a crime and it’s up to the guests to solve it.

The ‘murder’ occurs at the beginning of the evening and the suspects then mingle amongst the guests, ensuring that everyone is fully introduced to our unique characters and the background to the crime, and give them the first glimpse of possible motives, methods, relationships and alibis.

Throughout the evening guests will be introduced to more clues and will interact with and interrogate our suspects culminating a dramatic ending… take a look at our themes below:

The Curse of Nefertiti’s Necklace – (A great ‘during an evening meal’ option)

Archie Ologist, the world renowned Egyptologist, has got his hands on the missing necklace of Queen Nefertiti, but psychic Zena Ghost claims that it is cursed.  When Archie drops down dead under mysterious circumstances his fellow explorers assume the curse was to blame, but does one of them know more than they are letting on..?

Oscar Night… Mare Awards Ceremony – (A great ‘during an evening meal’ option)

Ivor Clapperboard, the world famous film director, is broadcasting his Oscar speech via live video feed during which he is planning to announce who will be the next leading lady in his forthcoming blockbuster.  But when he is shot on screen right in front of our eyes, we need to look to the wannabe actors for answers…

The Deadly Espionage – (A great option, especially for business evenings!)

This story is ideal for us to personalise for you, without the cost of a fully bespoke script.  You’ll be gathered to celebrate the launch of a brand new product the following day, but there have been rumours of some industrial espionage going on… will it threaten the launch or even worse, lead to something more sinister? More importantly though, what’s happened to Robin Banks, the top level consultant brought in to oversee the launch..?

* Not really… but we can create a story based around any situation you’ve got in mind (within reason and where appropriate!!).  Whether it’s to address specific learning outcomes during a day of strategy planning, to celebrate a unique product launch or simply for some conference entertainment, our little grey cells will get to work for you.

Space / Venue Requirements

• A venue/catering: this activity is best run over a meal in a room suitable for the number of guests with room for us to mingle around. Stage and microphones/PA System are preferable especially if numbers are large.
• We will need approx 60 minutes to set up/take down the event
• We will need the main room (where the activity will be performed) and a changing room (for our actors to put their belongings, and to change in)

Full payment is required upon booking. If you then choose to cancel your event, your entitlement to a refund depends on the amount of notice you give us.
