Your box will be posted to you on a standard 1st class service but if you need it sooner, let us know. We use ‘letterbox’ size boxes so guests also don’t need to be in to sign for them, they’ll go straight in with the rest of your post!

Important Information

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days (this does not include weekends and bank holidays)
  • Please note that Standard postage is not a trackable Royal Mail service, so we will be unable to provide tracking information.
  • Please note that these are letterbox gifts intended to be delivered directly to the recipient. To remain eco-friendly and to ensure our boxes fit through the letterbox, the box is not double-wrapped. This means the shipping label is attached directly to the outside of the box.
  • Depending on stock levels, there is a possibility that the brands or flavours of some items in your box may be different to those pictured. However, any replacements will be of equally good quality and just as nice!

Booking and Cancellation Terms

A non refundable 25% deposit is required on booking, the remaining balance is required at least 35 days in advance of the experience.

Our cancellation period covers up until 35 days prior to your event. At this stage you can cancel your event but you will lose your deposit.

Any cancellations made within 35 days of your event are non-refundable.

Can I customise the Corporate Wellness Box?

If you would like to create a custom gift box, with a different combination of items to those available in our store, please get in touch and we will see how we can help. Please note that custom orders may take longer to process. We aim to produce the best hampers we can, and a little sprinkle of personal touch sometimes does just the trick!

My order arrived late, what do I do?

We’re sorry we missed your big event, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to help out.
Please do keep in mind that if our fulfilment times have been met, the delivery slot is in the hands of the carrier and we will not be able to offer a refund on a custom product simply because the estimated delivery slot has been missed.

Can I send a Corporate Wellness Box directly to the recipient?

This is what our boxes are designed for! Please ensure the delivery address given is that of the recipient and we will do the rest, ensuring no invoices are shipped with our gift boxes so the surprise isn’t given away. We can also send in bulk to your office if you would rather.

I put the wrong delivery address, can I change this?

Once your order has been placed it may be possible to alter the delivery address as long as it hasn’t already been shipped. Please get in touch as soon as possible.

Does my order have tracking information available?

Not by default. Our standard mailing is second class with Royal Mail. Please upgrade to tracked postage if you need your parcel tracked.
