You will develop your communication skills through fun exercises, identifying simple changes you can apply when talking, and listening, to others.

What to Expect

Expect an interactive session, hosted by a professional Learning & Development facilitator. When it comes to communicating effectively, “knowing it is one thing and doing it is another”; we all benefit from exploring what “good” looks like and help with implementing small behavioural changes in our communications that drive a big difference. The session includes:

  • Interactive exercises: Providing fun and memorable ways to explore communication skills
  • Facilitator inputs: Highlighting the keys to effective communications, sharing best practices and linking them to the exercises
  • Reflection and action Planning: Enabling attendees to transfer their learning back to the day job

Also expect a follow up 1-2 weeks after the main workshop. This second, shorter, session, is critical to sustaining the transfer and application of learning by providing opportunity for attendees to reflect and share their latest experiences of communicating with each other and to plan for further experiences.

Who Would Enjoy This?

Any team who wants to improve their communication skills will enjoy this session. Of course, we already possess skills in communicating with others, however, we can get into some “bad habits” and therefore the focus in this session is on improving our current skills by highlighting and implementing “good habits” that improve the quality and outcomes of our verbal communications, whether virtually or face to face.

Space / Venue Requirements

To make the most out of your remote experience, make sure you have access to the following:

  • A good internet connection
  • A laptop or device with sound and a camera in order to join a video conference.

Our platform of choice is Zoom* which we set up for you using our account details.

Important Information

  • Everyone will need a good internet connection for this virtual experience. We regret that we cannot offer refunds if a guest’s internet connection fails.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

A non refundable 25% deposit is required on booking, the remaining balance is required at least 35 days in advance of the experience.

Our cancellation period covers up until 35 days prior to your event. At this stage you can cancel your event but you will lose your deposit.

Any cancellations made within 35 days of your event are non-refundable.
