What to Expect
Expect an enjoyable and interactive session, hosted by a professional Learning & Development facilitator, and enabling attendees to identify easy-to-apply changes which will make a big difference. The session will include:
- Interactive exercises: Providing memorable ways to understand energy levels and explore energy drivers
- Facilitator inputs: Sharing energy best practices and linking them to the exercises
- Reflection and Action Planning: Enabling attendees to transfer their learning back to the day job
Also expect a follow up 1-2 weeks after the main workshop. This second, shorter, session, is critical to sustaining the transfer and application of learning by providing opportunity for participants to reflect and share their experiences of applying their “energy drivers” and plan for further application.
